Conducted several data protection assessments and GDPR compliance programs for a client in the trade and commodities sector across EU and Eastern European client entities. Provided compliance recommendations for each concerning compliance with local and international data protection laws, including in relation to HR policies, data retention, code of conduct/ethical hotline operation, data transfer between jurisdictions, notifications to data protection authorities and disclosures of data to suppliers and other third parties.

Assisted multiple international clients in several regulatory matters related to health care regulatory, anti-corruption and data privacy compliance, as well as regarding the implementation of the French Sunshine Act.

Advised a global medical device manufacturer on telecoms, privacy and ethical board approvals for European-based clinical trials in connection with implantable medical devices, including mobile app services
