Jan is the head of the German employment law practice at Reed Smith.
He has more than 20 years of experience and advises companies on all aspects of individual and collective employment law. In particular, this covers restructuring and outsourcing projects, remuneration programmes, working time models, restrictive covenants, compliance, and management changes. A specific focus is the counselling on works council matters, including the drafting and negotiation of works agreements as well as the representation of employers in proceedings at the arbitration committee.
