Jennifer is committed to supporting pharmaceutical and medical device clients who advance therapies that enhance patients’ well-being.

Jennifer's practice focuses primarily on complex product liability litigation, including federal multidistrict litigation (MDL) and consolidated state court actions. She is Counsel in the firm's Life Sciences Health Industry Group.

Experience

Representative matters

Represented defendant in a suit by plaintiff for physical injuries, allegedly arising from laser urology procedure to address benign prostate hyperplasia; Case settled just before trial commenced.
Defend company in MDL and related state court cases against claims related to the development, testing and marketing of a prescription estrogen and progestin contraceptive ring. Assisted in conducting extensive fact discovery, expert witness preparation, and successful motion practice.
