Julia is an associate in the Transportation Industry Group. She advises P&I and Defence Clubs, owners, and charterers on contentious “dry” shipping matters and has experience in English High Court litigation, as well as LMAA, LCIA, GAFTA, and FOSFA arbitrations. Julia has also worked on “wet” shipping matters, acting for contractors in arbitrations arising under the Lloyd’s Open Form. She was also part of the legal team acting for the Republic of the Mashall Islands in the dispute against Equatorial Guinea at the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea.
