  • Advised a Singapore family office on a potential strategic investment in HKEX-listed Morris Homes, principally engaged in the manufacturing of sofas and sofa covers in the PRC with an integrated design, manufacturing, sales, and marketing operation.
  • Advised SGX-listed Acromec Limited on the formalisation of a joint venture between its subsidiaries and Tako Ventures LLP for co-working laboratories intended for entrepreneurs, early-stage bio and pharma companies.
  • Acted for PAR Chinatown Point Pte. Ltd., a wholly-owned vehicle of a fund managed by Pan Asia Realty Advisors (Singapore) Pte, Ltd. in the acquisition (and financing of the acquisition) of the retail mall and 4 strata office units at Chinatown Point.
  • Acted for a leading self-storage business in the acquisition of a self-storage warehouse located in the East of Singapore.
  • Acted in the sale of a well-known pest control company in Singapore.
  • Acted as Singapore regulatory counsel in the acquisition of a global travel payments service provider.
  • Acted as Singapore counsel in the acquisition of a minority stake in the holding company of a group of Singapore incorporated robotics and automation companies.
  • Acted for a well-known cryptocurrency exchange in the issuance of US$12 million convertible bonds.
  • Advised a licensed fund management company in Singapore in relation to the development of an online investment advisory platform for the purposes of distributing financial products.
  • Advising payment services providers (including e-wallet operators, e-commerce platforms and digital payment token issuers) on their licensing requirements and statutory obligations under the Payment Services Act 2019 of Singapore.
  • Advising financial institutions in Singapore on compliance with the Guidelines on Outsourcing issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore in respect of outsourcing arrangements with their service providers.
  • Advising early stage companies on the adoption of employee incentive schemes.
  • Advising early stage companies in respect of pre-investment round clean ups, subsequent investment rounds and other general corporate matters.
