Shawn Tan

Shawn has more than a decade of experience as an international investment funds lawyer and is recognised for his “elite technical skills and sharp commercial instincts”.

He advises fund sponsors on the establishment and operation of private equity, private credit, real estate, infrastructure, data centres, venture capital and hedge funds, including sector-focused strategies in areas such as aviation, shipping and commodities. Shawn has deep experience advising on structuring, regulatory and tax considerations throughout the fundraising lifecycle, as well as the set-up and restructuring of carried interest and other incentive arrangements.
