He is experienced at handling complex international and domestic commercial litigation and international arbitration matters, from the pre-action phase through to trial and final merits hearings and, thereafter, enforcement. He has extensive experience of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and mediation, and has achieved many favourable settlements for clients in their disputes.
