She is an environmental and social (E&S) lawyer with over two decades of experience throughout the UK, EU, Middle East, Africa, and the Americas, advising on regulatory compliance and permitting, project finance, impact management, and various requirements related to reporting and diligence.

Representative matters

Green financing of a large-scale luxury leisure and tourism project on the Red Sea coast of Saudi Arabia, including development and verification of the Green Finance Framework and negotiating financing terms.
The world's first utility-scale green hydrogen facility and the world’s largest greenfield renewables project infrastructure, as well as CCUS, DAC and other carbon technologies, seawater desalination and petchem facilities in the Middle East.
Environmental and marine regulatory aspects of a large-scale artificial reef infrastructure providing co-benefits including eco-tourism, fisheries, blue carbon credits and R&D for marine biodiversity.
