Course Description:
Join NYCLA's Real Property Section for a program that focuses on the adaptation of green technology to New York City zoning law. Further focus includes issues involving land use and zoning, and Uniform Land Use Review Procedure, environmental review and ethical issues relating to these types of cases. Attendees will also hear updates from the Board of Standards and Appeals, the Landmark Preservation Commission and the NYC Buildings Department.
