Join us in our London or Munich office on Thursday, January 26, for a discussion around pitfalls and best practices when operating websites and apps that address users in multiple countries including:
(i) What are the criteria for applicable laws in the US, EU, and UK.
(ii) What are the main data protection and digital law requirements for standard apps and websites in the US, UK and EU? This includes, rules on cookies, newsletters, transparency requirements (also under DSA).
(iii) How to implement a global approach that “fits all”. For example: How can a global privacy policy look like? How can website and tracking data be shared across affiliates and countries?
We will discuss in the global forum in English and in local break up sessions in English (UK and US) and German (Germany/EU).
