Michelle will be presenting in a panel session exploring, “Construction arbitration: ideas for radical change and improvement.”

In this interactive session, panelists will propose their ideas to make construction arbitration more fit for purpose. The audience will then have a chance to weigh in with an interactive vote before the winning idea is chosen.

Antonia will be moderating a session later in the day, examining the question, “Does international arbitration have a settlement problem?” This session will discuss structural issues and the hurdles that need to be cleared in order to settle and explore questions such as, “Does arbitration settle as much as it should?” and “What efforts are being made to encourage parties to settle and what more can be done?”
