Global law firm Reed Smith has advised Vitruvian Partners LLP (Vitruvian) and its portfolio company, JacTravel Group (JacTravel), on JacTravel’s acquisition of TotalStay Group, a major accommodation provider in wholesale, retail and consumer markets.

The Reed Smith team, led by partner Perry Yam and associates James West and Emilia Valvano, advised on the acquisition, legal elements of the transaction arrangements and structuring of the deal. Leveraged finance partner, Ben Davis, led on the debt financing aspects of the deal, with debt funding provided by ICG. Tax and competition advice was provided by partners Caspar Fox and Marjorie Holmes respectively.
