NEW YORK, November 2, 2016 – Reed Smith LLP represented Citron Pharma LLC, a privately held pharmaceutical company focused on developing and marketing generic products from diverse therapy segments, and its affiliate Lucid Pharma LLC, in the acquisition of their generic drug-related assets by ACETO Corporation (NASDAQ:ACET). ACETO is an international company engaged in the development, marketing, sale and distribution of human health products, pharmaceutical ingredients and performance chemicals. The deal was valued at approximately $412 million.
