Reed Smith advised Eckes-Granini in its acquisition of a 35% stake in true fruits GmbH. The transaction is subject to approval by the antitrust authorities. Founded in 2006, true fruits is one of the leading producers of smoothies in Germany.
The transaction was led by Frankfurt-based partner Andreas Jürgens and associate Philip Schmidt (both M&A/Corporate). Furthermore, the team comprised Tilman Siebert and Helge Aulmann (both Antitrust), Anette Gärtner and Iris Kruse (both IP) as well as Marc Spielberger and associate Claudia Kuhn (both Employment).
