Virginia Business Legal Elite

Eight Reed Smith attorneys have been named to the Virginia Business – Legal Elite. The eight include five from the firm's Tysons office: Benton Burroughs, Jr., Michael S. Dingman, Brent R. Gary, Grayson P. Hanes, and Mark W. Wasserman; and three from Richmond: Betty S.W. Graumlich, Edward A. Mullen, and Jeffrey S. Palmore.

The Legal Elite began in 2000 as a collaboration with the Virginia Bar Association. Virginia Business annually polls more than 14,000 attorneys in the commonwealth, asking them to select from among their peers the best lawyers in each practice category. Since its beginning, the number of categories has grown from 10 to 18, and results involve practices that are based not only on reaction to public policy, but also on efforts to shape it.
