BTI Consulting Group measured top-of-mind recognition of 408 law firms based on unbiased, direct feedback from more than 694 in-depth interviews with corporate counsel at the world’s largest organizations. Corporate counsel are asked to provide feedback on several key brand-related elements driving their decision to select, consider and hire a particular law firm across three core success factors: client experience, premium worthiness, and innovation.
