Feldman started his career with a major New York law firm, then worked for a French law firm before returning full time to practice in New York. He received his B.A. from George Washington University, his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, and his LL.B. from the University of Cambridge (Queens’ College).
He is the second partner to join the firm’s Global Corporate Group in the New York office in October and the third partner to join the practice worldwide this fall. Tadashi Okamoto came aboard in New York on October 8 from Morrison & Foerster, bringing extensive experience with debt and equity securities offerings and other capital markets transactions, including representation of both issuers and underwriters. Iqbal Hussain joined the practice in London in early September as a life sciences transactional partner from Johnson & Johnson’s London Innovation Center, where he was legal director for M&A.
