Hammond had been Chief Administrative Officer at Norton Rose Fulbright US, LLP since June 2017. Between 2005 and 2017, she served in numerous high-level administrative positions, including Director of Administration at Fulbright & Jaworski and National Director of Administration at Norton Rose Fulbright.

In more than 15 years in BigLaw, Hammond led administrative support teams and supervised document production, vendor management, security, travel management and the execution of real estate strategy. Among her most significant accomplishments was leading the integration of administrative operations and human resource functions for Norton Rose Fulbright’s acquisition of Chadbourne & Parke.

Before her work in BigLaw, Hammond provided accounting, recruiting and human resource leadership to many high-profile organizations, including Danaher Corporation; WorldSpace Corporation; XM Satellite Radio Inc.; Robert Half International; Finkelstein, Thompson & Loughran; and Burson-Marsteller.
Hammond’s responsibilities at Reed Smith include overseeing the smooth operation of every office in its global platform, as well as its Global Solutions locations in Pittsburgh and Leeds, UK, to ensure they support the firm’s ability to deliver high-quality, cost-efficient client services worldwide.
Hammond earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Va.
