Marlborough House, in Upper Marlborough Road, comprises around 45,000 square foot of office space, which includes 75 car parking spaces and occupies an 0.82-acre site. It is currently let to multinational engineering and infrastructure firm AECOM.

With a nationwide property portfolio of over 12,000 assets and a total value of £8 billion, Telereal Trillium’s development team has extensive knowledge and experience of the UK’s property development market. The acquisition of Marlborough House underlines the company’s appetite to acquire well-located, strategic sites with development potential, as well as continuing to progress development opportunities within its significant existing portfolio.

The London-based Reed Smith team who worked on the deal included Real Estate partner Nick Harris, supported by associates Jamie Garside and Ella Ovenden.
