
More than two centuries after its creation in 1820, the Potel & Chabot group (now Momense) comes under the exclusive control of the Accor hotel group, which already held 37% of its capital.
With 2022 sales of nearly €145 million, the Paris-based caterer has established itself as a prestigious service provider, partnering large-scale national and international events such as Roland Garros, the 24 Hours of Le Mans and the Paris Biennale.
Following this transaction, Accor will become the sole shareholder of Potel & Chabot, which will be integrated into the group's Luxury & Lifestyle division.
