PARIS – Reed Smith’s Paris office has advised HCSS, a leading U.S.-based provider of construction management software backed by Thoma Bravo, on its acquisition of Dispatcher-Pro, known in the European market as “Dispatcher,” a French company specializing in resource planning and optimization solutions for the construction, public works and industrial sectors.

This strategic acquisition enables HCSS to expand its presence in the European market and marks a significant milestone in HCSS’s ongoing mission to deliver the most comprehensive and integrated platform for construction companies worldwide.

Reed Smith’s Paris office advised HCSS on the corporate M&A aspects of the transaction. The team was led by partners Scott Allen and Guilain Hippolyte, with associate Marco Hazan.

HCSS was also advised by Arsene Taxand on tax matters, and Nomos Avocats on intellectual property aspects.

Dispatcher was advised by Squair, with a team composed of Damien Gorse and Louis Le Roy.
