Headquartered in Martigues and Le Havre, CIA has built a strong reputation in equipment integrity testing. Its acquisition will enhance the expertise of Technipipe, INFRANEO’s subsidiary dedicated to pipeline integrity management and cathodic protection. This merger will enable the group to offer a broader and more integrated range of services to meet the growing demands for performance, safety, and operational readiness from industrial clients seeking to ensure the long-term sustainability of their facilities.
