Selected by the editorial staff at Ad Age, the 2025 Leading Women honorees include brand builders, creative powerhouses and strategic leaders from across the globe who are driving measurable impact. Bruce’s selection is a reflection of a banner year of innovation, influence and results for the firm’s clients.

Over the past year, Bruce has been at the center of some of the industry’s most high-profile and high-impact projects. She advised the Association of National Advertisers’ (ANA) subsidiary ANA Aquila LLC on its cross-media measurement initiative — one of the most ambitious efforts to date to bring deduplicated reach and frequency to advertisers across platforms. She also counseled on the ANA’s programmatic media transparency study, aimed at protecting billions in ad spend for marketers.

Bruce also represented clients in over $50 million in celebrity endorsement deals over the past year, and she continues to lead negotiations for some of the world’s top brands in the luxury, beauty, retail and consumer goods sectors. From industry-wide agency templates and media deals to global influencer deals and guiding clients on award-winning Super Bowl commercials, Bruce brings an unmatched combination of legal precision, industry insight and client-first leadership.

She advises clients on a broad range of areas relating to advertising, marketing and the commercialization of products and services, including advertising and media agency agreements; media deals; celebrity endorsements; influencer agreements and programs; social media marketing; ad tech and AI; and consumer regulatory matters.

Bruce will be featured in the Ad Age Leading Women issue in August and honored at the annual Leading Women celebration in October 2025.
