ATLANTA  — Global law firm Reed Smith recently represented Hostfully, a leading provider of property management software and digital guidebooks for short-term rentals, in securing a significant growth investment from Dallas-based Blue Star Innovation Partners (BSIP).

The partnership is expected to accelerate Hostfully’s product development, market expansion, and AI-enabled services by leveraging BSIP’s expertise in the short-term rental and SaaS ecosystems. The investment will also enhance Hostfully’s core platform and adjacent offerings, including property management software, digital guidebooks, and smart device integrations.

Hostfully will continue to operate under the leadership of its CEO and co-founder.
