Last month, New Jersey joined several other states in adopting a new regulation limiting payments and gifts that can be made by pharmaceutical manufacturers to health care providers.
The regulation caps include a maximum of $10,000 per calendar year for a prescriber’s bona fide services, and $15 per meal.
