Digital regulation in Europe will pick up pace in 2022 but, with Brexit leading to parallel but contrasting key proposals in the form of the EU’s Digital Services Act (DSA) and the UK’s Online Safety Bill (OSB), it can be difficult to keep track of where they are at and what is included.
