Kristen joined Reed Smith in 2016 and is a member of Reed Smith’s Global Commercial Disputes Group. Her practice currently involves a wide range of complex commercial litigation matters including employment litigation, contract disputes, financial services litigation, products liability litigation, business torts, False Claims Act litigation, and bankruptcy litigation. Kristen has experience participating in various phases of pre-trial practice including drafting pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and dispositive motions.
Kristen also maintains a commitment to the firm’s pro bono efforts. She has worked on a diverse array of pro bono matters during her time at Reed Smith, including her work as part of the firm’s Tangled Title Team, which helps low-income Philadelphia homeowners gain clear title to their homes.
Prior to joining the firm, Kristen gained experience with Pennsylvania’s federal courts, having interned for the Honorable David R. Strawbridge of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania during law school. Kristen earned her J.D. from the Villanova University School of Law, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Villanova Law Review.
