She advises national and international clients in contentious and non-contentious employment matters, often in a cross-border context. Her legal advice ranges from employment law day-to-day business to restructuring matters and cross-border transactions. Judith is particularly experienced in providing guidance on works council agreements as well as on company policies and their global harmonising. Another focus of her practice is employment contract law and the design of any kind of employment related documentation, including bonus and other incentive schemes
