Chloe has experience working with both borrower and lender clients on a variety of real estate finance and corporate finance transactions, including acting borrower-side for a corporate client on the financing of new operations in the United States and acting lender-side on numerous deals for a real estate investment fund. Chloe also has experience in fund finance working with Net Asset Value (NAV) facilities.
Chloe joined Reed Smith as a newly qualified solicitor in March 2022. Prior to this, she spent four and a half years at a top 50 national law firm. During her training, Chloe moved around four offices and six departments: tax, corporate, real estate, banking and finance, commercial, and competition.
Alongside her role, Chloe is a champion for the LawCare mental well-being charity. She regularly speaks at events to encourage healthy working practices and promote them within the legal community.
