Lizeth is a senior paralegal in the U.S. Commercial Litigation group. She is skilled in all phases of litigation, including document database management, analysis of documents for production, discovery and deposition transcript summaries, and preparation of cases for trial. She provides support with witness/expert preparation for depositions and other aspects of discovery.
She has previous experience with cases in the Insurance Recovery and Life Sciences & Health Industry Groups. She is knowledgeable in creation of insurance coverage charts, acquiring and tracking of medical records, document review/organization and calendar management for large MDL matters. She is also proficient in various research tools and legal databases.
Lizeth is also experienced in providing translation services for pro bono cases relating to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, Political Asylum and Guardianship matters.
