Kate's practice focuses on intellectual property litigation and trademark counseling, including domestic and international trademark clearance, prosecution, enforcement, and portfolio management. She represents clients across a number of industries, including technology, transportation, entertainment, restaurant services, and other industry sectors.
She joined the firm in 2018 after serving as a summer associate in 2017. During her time While at Georgetown, Kate proudly served on the Senior Board of the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics as Senior Articles Editor. She also spent a summer serving families in Central Virginia as a legal intern with the Legal Aid Justice Center in Charlottesville, Virginia.
