Autumn focuses her practice on the ever-evolving field of unclaimed property. Autumn helps guide clients through unclaimed property audit defense, voluntary disclosure, and compliance matters. Autumn advises clients in a broad range of industries including, but not limited to, telecomm, aerospace, transportation, retail, and financial services.
Outside of her day-to-day legal work, Autumn is an active member of the Unclaimed Property Professionals Organization (UPPO) and sits on UPPO’s Government Relations and Advocacy Committee. She also regularly speaks on unclaimed property issues via webinars and national conferences.
In addition, Autumn takes an active role in shaping the careers of future attorneys. She is heavily involved with Reed Smith’s recruiting efforts and spends a significant amount of time mentoring younger attorneys through Reed Smith’s Summer Associate program.
