Diana has been an associate in the Shipping and International Trade Department of Reed Smith’s Paris office since 2021. She is a dual-qualified (English solicitor/French avocat) working mainly on disputes involving international commercial trade and the shipping industry, brought before international arbitral tribunals as well as French and English courts.
She speaks Russian, French, English, Ukrainian, and Czech and is able to assist both French and international clients, particularly those from Eastern Europe.
Diana holds a Master 2 in International private and commercial law as well as a Master 1 in International Business Law, both from the Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
She also teaches legal disciplines such as international law, private law, and contract law to students at the Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University and the Paris Bar School (EFB).
