Andy’s practice focuses primarily on representing clients on either side of transactions at all levels of the corporate lifecycle, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity transactions such as platform acquisitions, bolt-on acquisitions, sell-side transactions, and debt and equity financings. Andy also represents early-stage and venture capital backed technology companies in general corporate matters.
