Ross acts for private equity houses, asset managers, banks and other financial institutions on a range of financing matters. His primary area of focus is fund finance, working on the full range of fund finance products including subscription line facilities, Net Asset Value (NAV), hybrid, co-investment and general partner support facilities.
Prior to joining Reed Smith, Ross practiced with Dentons in its Dublin office and trained with leading Irish law firm McCann FitzGerald. He has experience on a wide range of financing transactions, including acquisition and leveraged finance, corporate lending and borrowing, high-yield and structured financings as well as asset-backed and real estate finance transactions.
Ross is a dual qualified solicitor admitted in the Republic of Ireland and England & Wales.
