Sara is an associate in the firm's Global Corporate Group. Her practice includes general corporate counseling, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, corporate restructurings, and debt and equity financings. She has represented companies in a variety of industries, including technology, manufacturing, energy and healthcare. Prior to joining Reed Smith in 2018, Sara was a Summer Associate at the firm.
