Anne’s principal areas of practice include capital markets transactions, corporate governance and compliance, and mergers and acquisitions. Her capital markets experience includes the representation of both issuers and underwriters in public offerings and private placements of debt and equity securities, and she regularly advises public companies on governance and SEC compliance and disclosure matters. Anne also represents public and private companies, boards of directors, and private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in connection with mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and strategic investments. Anne works with companies and transactions in a variety of industries, including energy, health care, technology and digital assets. She has been selected through peer review for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® Ones to Watch list for Securities/Capital Markets Law since 2021.

Advised Nakamoto Holdings on its merger with KindlyMD and concurrent private placement of over $510 million in equity and $200 million in convertible debt.
Advised placement agents to Trump Media & Technology Group on its private placement of approximately $2.5 billion in equity and convertible debt.
Advised the lead anchor investor and strategic advisor to TON Strategy Company (f/k/a Verb Technology) on its $780 million private placement.
