As a former federal law clerk, Harrell provides unique insight regarding navigating the federal court system. Harrell has worked with clients from the construction, finance, health care, property management and food and beverage industries on matters involving property damage and business interruption claims. In addition, he has counseled clients on insurance coverage and has conducted insurance policy reviews.
