With over five years’ experience advising clients on their property transactions, Katie is a commercially-minded associate with in-depth knowledge of the UK real estate market.
Katie’s practice focuses on commercial investment work, including property sales and purchases, landlord and tenant matters, and general property and portfolio management. She also has experience advising on the real estate aspects of large-scale corporate transactions.
With her work including both domestic and international investment deals, Katie has experience advising some of the biggest real estate companies in the UK and beyond. She also acts for clients in the retail sector, including managing all property-related work for a well-known international luxury jeweller.
Katie is also known for her team and community spirit, and has taken part in a number of charity triathlons and other sporting challenges for causes close to her clients’ hearts.
