Ross is a member of the firm’s Global Corporate Group. He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, debt and equity financings, executive compensation, joint ventures, governance issues, and other general corporate matters for private equity funds, their portfolio companies, other privately and publicly-held businesses, and their founders and management teams.
Prior to joining Reed Smith, Ross worked in the technology and private equity sectors and he regularly uses his business and financial background to find practical solutions and create value for his clients and their stakeholders. Ross has experience leading growth initiatives and assisting clients through all stages of a transaction and at each phase of the business life cycle.
In addition to his corporate practice, Ross also devotes significant time to pro bono matters and regularly participates in humanitarian efforts and community service projects.
