The U.S. Supreme Court ruling regarding affirmative action leaves not only higher education, but corporate America, wondering what comes next. The decision’s impact will be felt beyond the classroom and into the boardroom. It has also raised questions on employment issues; diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) programs; and environmental, social and governance (ESG) efforts, and it may impact the broader culture in companies nationwide.
