The accelerated bookbuild, which closed on 25 June, raised £75 million through the placing of approximately 49 million shares which have been admitted to the premium segment of the official list and to trading on the London Stock Exchange’s main market.
Leading the team at Reed Smith was Global Corporate Group co-chair and capital markets partner Delphine Currie, supported by associates Johnathan Webber and Chloe Man in London. Financial Industry Group partner Daniel Winterfeldt supported on US securities alongside New York counsel Trish O’Donnell.
Currie commented: “This transaction marks a continued relationship between Reed Smith and Jefferies and SNEL, and we are delighted to be able to continue providing cross practice support on capital markets and U.S. securities.”
Reed Smith advised on fundraises in April 2017 and April 2018, and more recently, in September 2018 the firm acted on a further placing raising £67 million.
