LOS ANGELES – International law firm Reed Smith congratulates Amber Finch, a partner specializing in insurance and risk management, on her election to the American College of Coverage Counsel (ACCC) as a fellow.

Finch is a go-to lawyer for creating effective risk management solutions who also has a background in litigation. She has helped major commercial policyholder clients recover hundreds of millions of dollars in insurance proceeds. She helps companies negotiate insurance and indemnity provisions in deal contracts, assists with tender and collection on insurance and indemnity claims, and litigates insurance and indemnity disputes.

The ACCC is an invitation-only organization of senior lawyers dedicated to advancing the efficient resolution of insurance coverage disputes and enhancing the quality of the practice of insurance law.

With Finch's election, Reed Smith’s Insurance Recovery Group is now home to eight ACCC fellows; the others are James Cooper, David Halbreich, Hugh Lumpkin, Douglas Rawles, Carolyn Rosenberg, John Shugrue, and John Vishneski.
