Amanda frequently represents employers in litigation, arbitration, and administrative agency actions concerning both federal and state labor and employment laws, including claims of discrimination, retaliation, violations of leave law, violations of wage and hour law, whistleblower allegations, and restrictive covenants. Amanda also represents management in labor arbitrations.

In addition to Amanda’s litigation practice, Amanda advises clients on proactive litigation-avoidance strategies, including counseling clients on the latest developments with federal and state employment laws, reductions in force, employee accommodations, and employee discipline.

Amanda’s success is reflected in her experience obtaining injunctive relief, achieving pre-trial dismissal of employment discrimination lawsuits in both state and federal court, attaining labor arbitration rulings affirming just cause termination and contract interpretation, and successfully arguing before courts of appeals.
