Jennifer has particular experience in representing publicly listed companies in a variety of corporate transactions, including the sale of the company. Jennifer also represents financial advisors in fairness opinions and valuation-related work. In addition, Jennifer advises on issues of corporate governance and other general corporate matters.

Jennifer has received a series of accolades in recognition of her leadership and excellence in her field, which include being named as a Notable Woman in Law by Crain's New York Business, named to The Deal’s Top Women in Dealmaking in 2023 and named as one of Merger’s & Acquisitions’ Most Influential Women in Mid-Market M&A in 2022 and 2024. In 2021, Jennifer was named Young Lawyer of the Year by The American Lawyer, named to the inaugural list of Bloomberg Law’s “They’ve Got Next: 40 Under 40” and named a 2021 BTI M&A Client Service All-Star. In 2019, she was named Rising Star by the New York Law Journal.
