Charles Hewetson is the former co-chair of Reed Smith’s Global Regulatory Enforcement Group and the former vice chair of Reed Smith’s global Litigation Department.  He specialises in regulatory investigations and enforcement proceedings, financial services disputes, professional negligence claims and general commercial litigation.
