Women’s Initiative Network (WINRS)
Our Women’s Initiative Network is designed to ensure that women not only have a seat at the table, but that they are often at the head of the table.
Our programming has significantly improved our ability to retain and promote women lawyers across our global network, creates a culture of opportunity that fosters the next generation of leaders, and distinguishes our firm as an industry leader in gender equity.
Our programs support our women lawyers throughout the arc of their legal careers.
- We created our PipelineRS program to empower women lawyers to position themselves for promotion by providing the guidance, resources and mentorship they need to be successful.
- Our Mastermind Program, an integral part of our PipelineRS program, puts together cohorts of women from across our firm to receive intensive professional training and sponsorship in preparation for promotion.
- Our ReturnRS program supports all lawyers (regardless of gender) before, during and after a leave of absence.

Wellness Works
We want our people to thrive in what is an inherently high-pressure environment.
We created our global Wellness Works program to promote, support and sustain the wellbeing of all our personnel through the provision of local programs and resources.
Globally, we have adopted five “wellness pillars”:
- Stress reduction
- Work-life balance
- Nutrition/health habits
- Substance use awareness
- Mindfulness
Wellness Works is an ongoing program with activities aligned with monthly themes and significant resources available to all our personnel.
Learning and development
The goal of all our learning and development initiatives and programs is to enable our people and those with whom we collaborate to reach their full potential. We invest in learning technologies and apply new “learning in the moment” principles that underpin our core values, business strategy and professional development needs.
Via a range of innovative initiatives focused on leadership, business management and skills, we have extended our global community and network. Our cross-regional curricula of professional and personal development for our personnel is designed to provide them with the skills essential to cultivate strong client relationships and help facilitate effective team collaboration.
