A selected group of arbitrators, arbitration lawyers, and legal industry stakeholders will take part in round tables that coincide with the International Bar Association (IBA) Annual Conference in Miami.
Attendance at the round tables will be split between Northern Hemisphere and Southern Hemisphere jurisdictions to reflect the international nature of the IBA audience and the use of international arbitration to resolve commercial disputes globally. Peter and Francisco will present in the Southern Hemisphere roundtable.
Roundtables will discuss the key practical issues concerning arbitration in the UK and internationally.
