Liberta Partners, a Munich based multi-family holding, acquired the shares from Curtiss-Wright as part of a corporate carve-out after a strategic decision of Curtiss-Wright to focus on defence.

The Reed Smith team advising on the transaction was led by Munich Global Corporate Group partner Constantin Conrads who successfully negotiated the purchase agreement, London Global Corporate Group partner Peter Teare, and senior associate Rita Gnoth-Novak.
