Brendan focuses on middle-market debt financing transactions, representing financial institutions, direct lenders and private equity funds and their portfolio companies in a wide variety of lending transactions, including acquisition financings, refinancings, recapitalizations and working capital lines of credit. Brendan’s experience includes representing both lenders and borrowers in senior secured loans, unitranche loans, split-lien loans, asset-based loans, mezzanine loans, second lien loans, subordinated loans and real estate loans.
